A Massive gain in strength,& improved technique so i can lift heavier in a safer way ..
All in all the detailed cues are helping massively, especially for my benchpress. When I do the proper setup, I get much more control over the bar and weight. Honestly, the cues are very helpful !. As mentioned before, my back has never felt better while deadlifting. I used to have a bit of a shoulder issue as well while benching, that’s gone too !
I did 110 kg with good form. It feels great ..!
